Willing Associates Pty Ltd is an accountant, registered tax agent and auditor of incorporated bodies. It has developed its audit skills from the audit of major businesses within the North West Coast region of Tasmania with client turnover ranging from $10,000 to $300 million per year.

Our firm focus is accounting, general taxation and audit of not for profits. Our audit engagements include a broad spectrum of sporting and community activities in Tasmania.

Maryanne has worked with Don for over 40 years. She has experience in auditing publicly listed companies, larger proprietary companies and incorporated associations. For the past 15 years she has specialised in general accounting and taxation, especially GST and capital gains tax.
Kiran Walker

Kiran joined Willing Associates in 2022. He specialises in the audit and accounting functions for many incorporated associations and the administration of self-managed superannuation funds.
Don Willing
- Retired - Consultant
- Bachelor of Economics ( with Honours)
- Former Fellow - Chartered Accountant (FCA)
Don has been in public practice for forty years, the first four of which were with Price Waterhouse & Co. in Adelaide. He has since leaving Adelaide and returning to Tasmania been the lead auditor for two publicly listed companies and many large proprietary companies whilst as a principal of a large local firm for 25 years. With the dissolution of that practice, he formed the current practice specialising in smaller audits, tax and accounting for larger local firms and self-managed superannuation funds.
Don was on the National Professional Standards Committee for the Institute of Chartered Accountants for many years.
